Privacy Policy
FreeFlow is designed to keep your training information on your device and your choices in your control.
Effective 19 September 2026
Who is responsible
FreeFlow is operated by JBApp. For privacy questions, contact support@freeflow-app.co.uk.
Information stored by the app
FreeFlow does not require an account. Workout plans, scheduled training, completed sessions, exercise logs, personal records, favourites, equipment choices and app preferences are stored locally on your device. JBApp does not receive this information through the app.
If you enable workout reminders, local notifications are created and managed on your device.
Information you choose to send
If you email support, JBApp receives your email address and the information you include. It is used to respond to your request, maintain support records where reasonably necessary and protect the service. Please do not send health or training information that is not needed for your request.
If you export or share a FreeFlow backup, it leaves the app through the location or service you choose. JBApp does not automatically receive exported backups.
Instructional videos
Movement videos are provided through YouTube. FreeFlow asks for your consent before loading playback, and videos do not autoplay. If you allow and play a video, your device connects to YouTube and Google. They may receive information including your IP address, device details and viewing activity under their own policies. You can disable YouTube playback in FreeFlow Settings.
Website privacy
This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, user accounts or contact forms. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
The website uses your browser’s local storage only if you choose a light or dark appearance. This saves the preference on your device under the name ff-site-theme. It is not used to identify you, follow you between websites or measure your activity. You can remove it and return to your device setting at any time from the Cookies & Local Storage page.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process essential technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request times in server logs. This information is used to deliver, protect and understand the operation of the website; it is not stored on your device by FreeFlow.
Retention and your rights
App data remains on your device until you delete it. Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or erase personal information held by JBApp, or object to or restrict its use. Contact us to make a request.
Changes
This policy may be updated when FreeFlow’s features or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
