Before you begin
FreeFlow is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or fitness professional. Seek appropriate advice before starting or changing an exercise programme if you have an injury or health condition, are pregnant, have been inactive, or are concerned about whether exercise is suitable for you.
Use your judgement
Exercise carries risk. Choose movements, intensity, duration and loads appropriate to your health, experience, surroundings and equipment. Check your equipment and training area before use. You remain responsible for deciding whether a session is suitable for you.
Know when to stop
Stop exercising if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath or feel unwell. Seek urgent medical assistance when symptoms may be serious.
Technical movements
Instructional text and videos cannot replace in-person coaching. Olympic lifting and other technical or high-risk movements should be learned and performed with qualified supervision when appropriate. Never attempt a movement or load you cannot perform safely.
