Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the FreeFlow app and website. By using FreeFlow, you agree to them.

The service
FreeFlow is an independent fitness planning and tracking app operated by JBApp. It provides generated workout suggestions, programme planning, timers, movement guidance and locally stored training records for personal, non-commercial use.
Health and safety
FreeFlow does not provide medical advice or replace qualified medical, fitness or coaching support. Exercise carries risk, and you are responsible for choosing appropriate activities and using the app safely. Please read the Fitness & Safety information before training.
Availability and changes
JBApp aims to keep FreeFlow reliable but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, workout content and these terms may change as the app develops. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
Pricing and purchases
FreeFlow is intended to be free at initial launch. If optional paid access is introduced later, the price and any trial terms will be shown clearly before purchase. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s applicable terms, billing and refund processes.
Your responsibilities
Do not misuse FreeFlow, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy or redistribute its protected content, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for safeguarding any backup files you export and for the accuracy of information you record.
Third-party content
Movement demonstrations may link to or embed YouTube content after your consent. Third-party services and content are governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and accuracy are outside JBApp’s control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, JBApp is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of locally stored data, or harm resulting from ignoring safety guidance, using unsuitable equipment or performing exercise beyond your capabilities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to JBApp’s operation, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
